1. General Terms & Conditions and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 9wicket pro ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). By using the 9wicket pro website, mobile app, or any related services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

2. Registration & Account Creation Terms

To create an account on 9wicket pro, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years must be met.
• You must be eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws of Bangladesh.

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Identity Verification (KYC) Process

• A clear photo of your National ID card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

9wicket pro may place your withdrawal on hold until the KYC process is completed. This is done for your own protection.

• Each Bonus is Subject to Specific Wagering Requirement Withdrawals will not be permitted until this is completed.
• Any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.
• 9wicket pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet or game has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• The outcome of any game completed due to a technical error or system failure may be considered void.

• 9wicket pro is not liable for disconnections that occur during live games.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9wicket pro platform and may result in immediate legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information

• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug for an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users

8. Account Suspension & Termination Policy

9wicket pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions

• Suspicious financial activity or attempted fraud
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
• Account closure at the user's own request

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains — and the closure was not due to a rule violation — a withdrawal request may be submitted. However, the balance may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

The maximum compensation will under no circumstances exceed the balance available in the member's account.

13. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the 9wicket pro support team first. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, both parties will attempt to settle the matter through mutual discussion.

If a matter cannot be resolved through direct discussion, it will be settled through arbitration in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

9wicket pro may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
